DAY104~12/27/21

Joan and I walked a total of 15.8 miles today, all on the same highway US 35. It was even windier than yesterday. It took all of our efforts to walk the miles which were all straight into the wind. It’s a busy 2 Lane Highway so there were no interactions today with animals or people. Except we did walk through a small town called Tivoli and passed a yard that had 6 dogs barking which were all behind a fence.

It was so cool to see the mileage sign this morning to Aransas Pass which is just on the other side of the bay to Port Aransas. We are so close!!!

No one wanted to eat dinner tonight except Paige and I so we grabbed some TV dinners from the hotel lobby. I guess I haven’t gotten to the point of understanding skipping meals lol. Meatloaf and potatoes for me and macaroni and cheese for Paigey! Greg came over for another game of Dominoes. So fun!
