DAY 75 ~ 11/28/21

It’s was a perfect walking day all around. Weather was pristine. Terrain was easier. Mile’s traveled was lower. And the town of Marshall was incredibly charming to walk through. With the beautiful weather, many residents were out on their porches or sitting in their front yards. All waved and said hello. It’s a very friendly town!

I walked a total of 12.9 miles today. Joan walked the morning session of 9.4 miles and took the afternoon off. I enjoyed the little bit of alone time!!

It’s officially under 30 days, 29 to be exact, of walking left to reach Port Aransas! That’s just unreal. I should be able to do that in my sleep now, don’t ya think??!!

The inserts in my shoes are still doing the trick for my heel discomfort. It’s almost gone and I don’t feel it while walking much at all anymore. I’m so thankful!!
